Payment

If you wish to finalise your reservation, we kindly request that you pay us 50% of the total amount in advance by way of a deposit. You will then pay the remainder at the end of your stay at Vrouwe Venne Hoeve. Please note that we do not accept debit or credit cards and that payment can therefore only be made in cash.

Cancellation

We will return the full amount of the deposit if you cancel up to two days before you were due to arrive. For cancellations within two days of the reserved date/time of arrival, half of the amount already paid will be returned to you.
